Spring Park

Congratulations goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jacobson on a daughter, Kathy Ann.

Miss Betty Lou Stuns spent the week end home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Stults.

Mr. and Mrs. Say Freeson of Edmonton were visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. Stults.

Miss Sandra Scott is holidaying in Edmonton during the school holidays.

Mr. Louie Remmelard spent a day in Wainwright. While there he took in the Wainwright Stampede.

A wedding reception and dance was held in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Poitras, nee Audrey Dumont, in Spring Park , hall on July 2nd.

The Spring Park committee held a shower for Audrey and Gordon at the home of Mrs. Dumont.

The annual Spring Park picnic held on July 3rd had a good turn out.

Mrs. Shills and Clifford had a truck accident. They escaped with minor injuries. There will be a telephone meeting soon in the Spring Park hall. Watch the newspaper for further notice.
Miss Jenny Stone has left for Lloydminster where she will be employed during the school vacation days.

Miss Millie Gorjolko spent the week old home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Gozjolko.

Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Myshanuik were their daughter and her husband Peter from the city.

Marlow Stone was home over the week end visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gray Stone. Marlow is employed in North Battleford, Sask.
