Road Accident

1%20FFcovericon2_149.gifOn May 2,1929 - Mr. Harry Swyripa, whose home was S.W. 20-574-4 was en route home from Vermilion with his team and wagon when about four or five miles north of Islay a car hit his wagon or horses causing his team to run away. He was critically injured and remained unconscious for ten days. He died on May 13,1929 and was buried in the Vermilion Cemetery. He was survived by his wife and six month old daughter, his parents, brothers and sisters.
